The taste and quality of the food is excellent. My wife tried the loaded potato “popota” the last time we were there and it was so good and definitely share size. The mulita is good and the tacos have a generous amount of meat and are always on point. This is our new favorite taco spot in the area.

Went A Few Weeks Ago Had A Good Experience. Food Was Good And Service Was Good Too. Had The Asada Torta Delicious! Just A Heads Up One Small Issue But Every Restaurant Does This. They Need To Be More Careful When Cutting The Food Wrapped In Foil Paper Because Small Particles Of Foil Paper Get Stuck On The Food Itself. I Had To Pick It Out. It's Something That's Done Unintentionally Cause I've Seen Every Restaurant Do That. Or Just Ask Them To Cut It Before They Wrap It. Other Than That Awesome Place!

Being that it was my first time there, I was not sure what to expect. The order of tacos was a bit dissapointing since the tacos are small and don't have much appeal to them. The surf and turf burrito was alright, the amount of meat and shrimp makes it worth it, it did filled me up. The waters are pretty good, a bit on the sweeter side. The horchata tastes pretty good it you like a milky flavor. The service is good, fast and friendly. The location is small but not something to take a star away over. Would I come back, maybe but not for a while.

BEST TACO SPOT AROUND If you're searching for something more unique than your average taco spot, Hecho El Carbon has what you're looking for!! Quality food and great portions for the cost. I got the vampiro with arrachera and it did not disappoint, I also got tacos with arrachera and ribeye and both were delicious :) Grilled onions were a plus and the open salsa bar provided many options to choose from. Customer service was also amazing and the cashier Liz went above and beyond by explaining the different meats to me! Greatly appreciated the efforts that went into making sure I was satisfied with my meal. 10/10 food and 10/10 experience!!

Absolutely a great taco shop, I was sent her on a recommendation and it was absolutely worth it. From walking in and smelling the wood and charcoal, to all the salsas and fresh lime wedges. The meat was phenomenal, we had one of almost everything to get an idea of it. The chilataco was delicious and we had it with arrachera
